**Registration Closed**
Volunteers Needed:
Below are the dates and times that we need volunteers to help.
To sign up, e-mail Christy Turley,
teammom@brandonsoccer.com,
your name, your child’s name, the date and times you’d like to
volunteer and your coach’s name. There may be a time when the
volunteers will be assigned to other duties (field marshal, trash
pick-up, etc.) depending on the flow at the concession stand.
May 17 and May 24, 2008
8:30am to 10:30am
10:30am to 12:30pm
12:30pm to 3:00pm
There will be a sign up sheet at the concession
stand for the volunteers to sign in and out on. Please make sure
your name, child’s name and the coach and team name is listed so you
can get credit for the hours.
If you choose to opt out of volunteer time, you will need to pay the
$32. Pay by check, payable to BAYSL, and give the check to the Site
Director on Saturdays.
Again, you can either volunteer or pay the $32. The $32 is used by
BAYSL to help cover the expense of hiring outside help, as needed.

Spring Academy
**Registration Closed**

Several
USF Players joined the Thursday Night Spring Academy trainers on
April 24th for some elite level training.
For motivated and advanced soccer players (both boys &
girls) ages 4 - 12 years old
(U5-U12).
Spring Academy
is run by our Director of Coaching, Steve Peet, and his
staff of professional trainers. Registered players are
divided by age group and will train with a professional
trainer one night per week. On Saturdays, players are
divided up into small teams and play in-house academy games
using a round robin format.
The focus of the
academy will be age group appropriate training and FUN!!
Cost:
$100,
if registering on or before March 16th
$115, if registering after March 16th

Game schedules are listed by division, then by team. The
coach's last name is on the top of the schedule along with the team
jersey color abbreviation.
Please note that some age groups had an odd number of teams and
therefore, one team will play two games on a Saturday.

Registration: We will accept team and individual
registrations from February 1st-March 3rd, 2008.
COST: $45 per player (no sibling
discounts), includes jersey
TO REGISTER
Players can register individually or as
part of a team
Individual Players: Submit a notarized Player Registration
Form along with the $45 registration fee.
Teams:
Submit a Team Registration Form, along with a notarized Player
Registration Form and $45 for each player on your team.
All registrations (including team registrations) must be
received by Monday, March 3rd.
The BAYSL Office is
located at 3104 S. Kings Avenue, JC Handly Athletic Complex,
Brandon, FL. You can register during normal office hours,
Monday -Friday 9am-1pm. A notary will be here during these
hours.
You are also welcome to register on
weeknights (Monday-Thursday 6pm-9pm) and Saturdays 8am-4pm.
Your form will need to be notarized since no one will be in the
office. Just drop the completed forms and payment (checks
payable to BAYSL) in the black OFFICE mailbox inside the clubhouse.
NOTE:
Each player must have a notarized
Player Registration Form.
All players that did not play 2007-2008
BAYSL Fall/Winter soccer, must submit a copy of their birth
certificate. If the
player played/is playing BAYSL 2007-08 Fall/Winter soccer, a copy of
that registration from can be submitted. Players can get a
copy of their 2007-08 Fall/Winter Registration Form from their
current coach. If the player did not play BAYSL 2007-08
Fall/Winter soccer or can not obtain a copy from their current
coach, a new Player Registration Form will need to be completed.
