On June 4, 2009, BAYSL’s own Nick Zimmerman (22) made his MLS debut for the New York Red Bulls. He came in as a 2nd half starter and demonstrated quality touches and generated a couple of good scoring opportunities. He also uncorked an upper 90 shot from 30 yards that was punched away by the keeper to yield a corner. A very promising start to his pro career! Congratulations Nick!!
